If you don't have the right zip code or connections shoot for Pi Phi or Zeta. I would add Phi Mu to this list but I think they are pretty MS based. Pi Phi and Zeta are both much stronger national chapters than some of the "top houses". Both are known to have extremely great sisterhoods and if they keep up their work like they have done in the last two years, I believe they will become the OOS versions of the "top houses" within the next decade because they are both proven to be pretty strong in the middle. Don't let other houses cutting you get to you and focus on the houses that are open minded and want you for you. A plus being that Zeta and Pi Phi don't make their lists before rush starts giving everyone a chance.
