If you are sending it to someone who is writing you a rec just send one full body if you know them so they can forward it to the sorority with the rec. if you don't know the person worrying your Rex then send a full body and a head shot. Always use a head shot when you make your account/sign up for recruitment. But the pictures you send for recs should be wallet sized. Other than that there should be no other pictures involved.
