Don't quote me but I think more girls were signed up 2015 than 2016. Plus a lot more dropped when they found out about variable quota. Girls are told by family/friends/girls in houses "oh, you're a shoe-in for house ABC" and when ABC cuts them, they Are distraught and drop.
