No has can give you a bid unless they have a rec. But some will search for a rec for you IF they like you enough. I had an in state rec for every house except 1 but my stuff reached them because they mentioned something I wrote on my info. I would try to get a rec from each house if possible. No more than 3 for a house. Quality over quantity!!
