Something very similar happened to the Ole Miss Chi O chapter a few years ago. They were put on social probation and barred from having functions at a certain place in Oxford. The MSU Chi O chapter received an award as one of the top 5 Chi O chapters last summer. Their charter will not be pulled by nationals. They may get in trouble but their charter will not be pulled.
