@Ask Chi O runs the show? Do you really think Chi O along with KD and DG wanted to be forced to cut more PNMs than ever before during 2016 recruitment? No. Those 3 alone had to take close to 25 less New Members than if traditional quota was used. The only benefit to them is not growing too large. The only connection Chi O had was Panhellenic President. I'm pretty sure Pan President rotates through all houses so there won't be another Chi O Pres for 7 years. Every house has an equal vote in Panhellenic.
