I'm not an ADPi, but I agree. You're hurting their recruitment. My chapter has problems, your chapter has problems, every chapter has problems. Who are any of us to look at another chapter and act like we have any right to tell them what they need to improve on? If it's not my chapter, then it's not my problem. And it shouldn't be your place to tell any other chapter what they need to do better either. Work on improving your own chapter or better yet your attitude.
