Don't listen to the other girls who comment on here. I was OOS and my top 2 were KD and Phi Mu. Every.Single.Other girl who came from my area with me got KD, Chi O, and Phi Mu. Yes, recs are very important and I would get at least 3 for each house. But at the end of the day it's about where you fit in best and if that's not in the "top 4" then who cares?
