pi phi has been getting better even though they have had some rough spots in the past. they are a fairly new sorority and wouldn't be the only reason with adpi to not add another sorority. we don't have nearly enough girls going through rush to add another sorority on the row. if we did add one, it wouldn't meet quota and there would not be a need for one here
