During rush two years ago, Pi phi took a huge amount of girls. I'm that pledge class there was a huge number of girls from Germantown. I know this is true because I am friends with several of them. The girls I know did not have great grades or had some reputation issues; I'm not judgements but I know that's why they were left with Pi phi. So yes Pi phi has its share of Germantown girls.
