I've never understood why people who get cut during rush think that all they need to do is go through it again and have a completely different outcome. If they cut you in the fall, how have you changed so much that they will want to offer you a bid in the spring? This isn't like a test that you retake and try for a better grade. It's not in your control - something didn't mesh the first time so why do you assume there would be a different outcome the second time around? Especially now that they've already met you and have already formed their opinion about you. You WERE given an option to pledge any sorority...that invited you back. You were given the same opportunity as everyone else to meet girls from every group, and you can't blame the school, the system, or anyone else for not getting the invitations back that you wanted. It sounds like you are relying too much on other people making decisions for you and determining your happiness.
