Phi Mu and Tri Delt are getting brand new houses. I haven't been on campus since May, but they both looked like they're going to be incredible. Pi Phi's house was built in 2011 I believe, so definitely on the newer side. Doesn't look as grand on the outside compared to Chi O, KD, and DG, but if you've been inside it's definitely one of my favorites. Also have a huge yard in the back. In a pretty crappy location though. Chi O, KD, and DG, all have older houses but have been partially renovated recently. All beautiful as well, definitely the best locations and look nice af from the outside. DG has a gorgeous entrance. ADPi got Sig Ep's old house when they were kicked off campus. Outside and inside layout resemble that of a frat house, but they've made it their own and it's nice enough. A plus is that they have a basketball and volleyball court. Zeta's is the oldest and kind of small, but I'm pretty sure they're going to renovate this next year.
