All of the above is true except: ADPi- their house was the Sig Ep house but they got kicked off campus. ADPi updated it a little and have been leasing it since they came on campus. They have house plans and will have a new house behind Phi Delt at some point Pi Phi- was on campus a couple of years with no house. I think it was finished in 2011. ZTA- their house was the 2nd house built on campus (chi o was first). They are doing an addition to their house but not sure about a renovation.
