KA isn't even that great to begin with. And In my opinion I think delt should be down with SAE. SN has better quality guys than the delts a date to homecoming and a better name. Just my opinion. Either aren't really relevant so their rankings are subjective. Top KS SX Lower Top ATO PKP Upper Mid KA SN Lower Mid DTD SAE Barely relevant Pike DX Bottom everything else I will say Phi Delt used to be good before they were kicked off. They have a good name everywhere else too and might get a house on row again. Since they used to have one. The most likely to get a house I think after DPhiE gets theirs.
