The next tier I would leave to only KA. This is because they should almost be in the second tier because they have a great, respectable fraternity, but due to a smaller chapter they aren't quite there. They also have a reputation for making girls pay for their own alcohol at their parties. However, they are a great group of guys. Their reputation is for being Southern gentlemen. Another good chapter, and with some numbers and a few changes they could easily jump up. The next tier includes Sigma Nu and SAE. Sigma Nu has been on the rise since getting kicked off campus a few years back, and have been making great changes. With their island party, they are starting to attract a lot of girls at their parties. But they sort of give off this impression that they want to be like KA and have a bit of jealousy towards them. SAE has a great group of guys, but they lack the money that a fraternity needs to thrive. Their house looks like a mess, which brings their image down. With some investing
