There are a lot of fraternities in the upper middle tier right now, and some of them it's more obvious why they are there than others. ΚΣ ΑΤΩ and oftentimes pi kapp are considered top houses. If this is the case. Then why isn't KA? I know KA is a respected upper tier house but why isn't it a top house? And why is ΑΤΩ instead?
