You should go through again. Why not? The worst that could happen is you get dropped again which you're already prepared for and have been through so it isn't bad. Way better than not doing it just because you weren't sure if it would be worth it. Just do it so you can have an 'oh well' at the worst instead of a 'what if'. every year is different. i rushed as a sophomore and was totally fine. that isn't a big deal (unless you're a junior, which can affect it more even though a lot of junior girls get into good ones and no chance as a senior). this time, kind of change around what you did last year. ask these sorority women for tips and try to figure out what exactly went wrong last year. every year different girls go through and I bet that 95% of them would end up in a different sorority each year they rushed if that were the case just because there's a lot to take into consideration. if one year there are a bunch of 10s going through with 4.0 GPAs and half of them are upper tier legacies then your chances aren't going to be so good. but the next year it could be a bunch of average 7s and you wouldn't have a problem or so on, there's a million different scenarios. so just try again and see what happens! just be sure to look as pretty as you can each day (but not like red lipstick and caked make up and all of that...a natural pretty look) and keep eye contact, keep your legs crossed or sit comfortably, don't cross your arms, laugh, smile (but not creepily), don't interrupt..
