Delt is already considered dead middle of the row... As far as pledge classes go, Sigma chi was best, followed by KA then Delt. Delt had the most numbers wise and had really good kids but sig chi and KA were better. Kappa sigs kids are getting worse and worse, ATOs pledge classes are getting horrendous and sae and sigma nu are irrelevant. Pi kapp is doing average.
