I was a PIKE, but had to drop due to financial reasons. We are raising money for a house. I know we had renderings created, but don't have any actual building plans completed. I don't think we are closer today then 3 years ago (my freshman year). I think we may be further away. I hate that we keep pulling those plans out during rush, cause I know a lot of guys would still join, but it makes us look dishonest trying to pretend we are about to build. I heard the Olympic Village group just went up on dues and we are having a hard time paying for the lot.
