Who writes this crap. Some of ya'll have no clue what is going on. Chi O is the closest to building a house. Someone posted in another topic that houses cost $3M. I don't know if they cost that much, but I know Sig Ep, TKE, PIKE, and Phi Delt can't afford that. Most banks only lend 80% to 70% of the value of a house, so that would mean they need $900k to $600k to build and get a loan. Yeah, none of those boys have that kind of jack.
