The lot theyre claiming is theirs is not theirs at all. The only fraternity that has a lot is PhiDelt, SigEp is either keeping theirs or selling, ChiO has one, DZ has one from their old chapter and thats it. No one else has one. Phi Delt is the only fraternity working to obtain housing since their old house is now where the delts is.
