Um, not sure if your serious? I know what I'm talking about and don't need to research. Every local chapter creates a housing Corp. to manage the local house, these housing corps have nothing to do with nationals. These Corporations still have to raise the money or borrow it. So, internet smart guy, if "Most fraternities and sororities have housing corporations who pay for new housing", then why does Pike, Sig Ep, TKE, and Phi Delt not have a house? They have a lot. Go research that fact!
