SAE has one, Chi O has one and PDT has one. the spot Pike is claiming to have is Sig Eps old spot which was bought by a PM alumni after sig ep was kicked off, idk why. they're trying to buy it from them, which is why they haven't built yet, they don't technically have it. i heard this from a PM. but they're trying to sell it to another fraternity like theta Xi.
