Okay. Help a sister out. If quota is 63 and there are 8 sororities and over 600 pnm, how come the sororities didn't make quota? There's like almost 200 pmn not getting placed? My friend preffed one of the sororities that didn't meet quota, does that mean they would rather not meet quota than have her as a sister? Just Confused about the process? Thanks
