Old Row Doesn't Exist at Southern in any real terms. ATO, KA, KS, PKP are the oldest fraternities. PKP was the first house built. Everyone had houses in some shape or form. SAE is definitely not old, as they came to Southern in 1989. TKE and Sig EP could be considered, but they have closed multiple times. ADPi, Phi Mu, KD, Alpha Xi Delta, Zeta, were the first sororities. Phi Mu built the first house of any group on the row. So, if there is an old row. It would be PKP, Phi Mu, ADPi, KA, KS, KD, Zeta, and ATO.
