GPhi needs to drop down a tier, as does APhi. Until those girls get their act together and start rushing on something more than looks they will never be top tier. Their grades suck and, honestly, there are women who would rather not be Greek than to have to wear those letters. I also would move TriDelt and Theta up to mid and Zeta to lower tier. No need for two middle tiers. If TriDelt has two bad rushes in a row, maybe they will be cemented in mid tier, but until then they still compete with PiPhi and XO.
