DG is NOT bottom three. hot mess this year, yes, but they aren't on the same level as bottom tier. they still have some things going for them. bottom three easily is zeta (but only barely now! they are working their way back up!) then Sigma (retention and PR issues) and then phi mu. together these houses have the worst grades and worst retention. and retention plays a HUGE factor into popularity during rush, and popularity with fraternities.
