Everything is weighed the same. Your GPA itself is 4 points Your shadowing hours is 4 points, and it's about the quality and diversity of hours. Then your interview is the last 4. Someone could have a terrible GPA but have an outstanding interview and shadowing hours and get it. This past semester they took some of the highest scoring applicants. I'm in nursing school right now and my professors were talking about how it was the easiest decision they've had because they scores had an easy cut off.
