Okay you should still rush don't worry! All this means is if your GPA is 3.5 or above you fall in a GPA range where no sorority will cut you for grades. Not all sororities have a 3.5 requirement. The ones that typically do require a 3.5 are Pi Phi, Chi O, Kappa, Theta, and ADPi. The rest will take girls who have GPA's that are a bit lower (not by much though). I know someone will probably mentioned girls getting a bid a grade risk, which does happen, but not often. Most chapters will take 1-3 during recruitment, and will only be given to girls who they see as absolutely perfect for their chapter, or to legacies they liked, but didn't have the grades. I know I mentioned 5 sororities you might have slim chances with, but that's only 5/15. There are 10 sororities you have a good chance of getting a bid from, so don't worry. If you go through rush and have amazing conversations at any of the previously mentioned sororities, but get cut the next round. Know it wasn't you personally, grades might have been the issue.
