If one year cemented a reputation, the entire ranking would be skewed. It's a body of work, not one rush. And TriDelt GOT WHO THEY WANTED. What about that do you not understand? Different houses rush for different things. ADPi had too many athletes, so they stopped rushing for sporty girls. XOs had a pledge class with some questionable girls who were "out there," so they stopped taking those girls. PiPhis had a pledge class many years ago with sisterhood issues, so they got rid of those girls and worked on improving their friendliness/loyalty. When you get exactly who you want, you can decide whom to rush for. It's that easy. Now, you might not have taken the girls TriDelt did, but there was a reason for it.
