Can we put to rest, once and for all, that the only people who think TriDelt is a top house are alums. First of all, it wasn't until the last 8-10 years that TriDelt was a top house, so that leaves about 90 years of alums who would never make that claim. Second, most of us believe TriDelt is a top house for one reason: the average return rates for TriDelt since we have been on this campus. In the past four years, TriDelt, PiPhi and XO have overwhelmingly been able to pledge exactly who they wanted. Now, you might not agree with whom they took, but it was their choice and they issued bids to exactly the people they wanted because their return rates were the best. So STFU about alums, because what alum would even be on this site anyway?
