agreed. zta only clings on to the "we're hot and fun" because they offer nothing else. sigma, axo, kd all offer more and have "hot and fun" girls. every sorority does, it's what a hosue has on top of the superficial things, kd and axo have involvement and grades, sigma has a great sisterhood. what does zta have??? anyways, gphi's not quite top, i'd say more solid mid under theta, kappa, and adpi. sure they're hot - but going back to my first argument with zta - what else do they have to offer? any house can party, give me some substance before I can respect you.
