gphi is not elite enough to be top. they are not as well rounded as delta, chi o, or pi phi. that's why they're solid mid tier under theta and kappa. adpi moved to top tier by default this year because theta moved down, otherwise there would be a hole in top tier. and frankly, adpi is well rounded enough to be top - they have the grades, the involvement, the looks, and the popularity. sorry you don't agree. sigma has improved, but just like the gphi thing - they don't offer as much as AXO and KD. honestly in my opinion I wouldn't rank KD over sigma, but that's just general consensus. sigma isn't as smart, involved, or holds their retention like the other two.
