And who will replace them? That's the thing y'all don't realize when you claim top tier houses are dropping. Someone has to be good enough to replace them at the top? Who is going to be? Kappa? ADPi? GPhi? Hell no. No matter how bad the top tier gets, they'll stay top tier until another house is consistently strong enough to replace them. That's how tiers work.
