Only a complete moron would wait until Spring and forgo formal recruitment. The PHA website clearly outlines that COB only happens on a need basis, sometimes it doesn't happen at all and they stress that you will have limited options during COB. Those of us who are on this website always warn girls not to wait until Spring because it's foolish and the rules are house by house. Anyone who chose to wait did this to themselves. We never hid anything from you guys, we told you waiting was a bad idea and that your chances of getting in were slim. You just didn't listen.
