It puzzles me how people can be so oblivious as to why certain girls would die to join certain sororities. Girls who want in Tri delta, APhi, and GPhi aren't the same girls who want in Kappa, ADPi, Theta and XO. There are different appeals to those groups. My friends who are in kappa, adpi, xo, and theta are not in those sororities because they got cut from top houses, it's because their views and interest aligned together. Newsflash not every girl wants to be in a top, super pretty, flashy house. It's intimidating and some girls aren't comfortable in that setting or are just simply looking for more than looks and popularity. If I had a dollar for how many times I heard a girl dropped rush because theta, adpi or kappa cut them I'd have a pretty good night at the bar. Don't get me wrong I'm sure Tri delta and GPhi have left many girls in tears after cutting them, but if you think they are the only ones who are super desirable you're delusional.
