I don't know where you go to school, but it can't be Mizzou. This is what we know as the truth: TriDelt is a strong house with a strong national, has agreat reputation and is doing just fine. Some people really like Alpha Phi. Perhaps not more than TriDelt, but yes, sometimes more than GPhi and DG. Kappa is not a great house. Period. And no one wants Kappa unless they have been cut by all of the top houses. PiPhi is the gold standard. They put on a great rush, have a great sisterhood and the best return rates of any house. After rush, their loyalty is second to none. AXO hasn't been just mediocre in years. It is top middle and extremely popular and well-respected. Tiers might not be set in stone, but statistics show which are the houses with the best return rates and the lowest drop rates. That equals top tier, no matter what lower tier houses would like to believe.
