Will agree with some of what you said...BUT... the reason girls would choose tri delt over the other houses you mentioned is because of their philanthropy. One of the biggest sells during recruitment is the emotional(well deserved) tribute to St Judes and the promise to visit St Judes. Other than that, there is not a single reason girls would choose Tri Delt over the other houses you mentioned. And you are stretching it when you say Tri Delt has not slipped. Numbers speak for them selves-that is set in stone. They are currently one of the lowest houses on campus. They have a lot of internal conflict and cliqueness. Kappa is definitely a house girls love during recruitement. ADPi, not so much. Are they doing better yes, is it a house girls want no. Is it a house girls settle for yes. AXO is definitely more sought after than ADPi. And I totally agree that the tiers all depend on what you are looking for, however, there are certain houses that most girls love during recruitment thus putting them at the top of the tier rank.
