So GPhi is the one lying to PNM's about this new rule? Because the PHA website only has two houses listed as houses that can recruit and APhi is at exactly three hundred. Either GPhi is COBing and they're trying to keep it casual and small or they're just trying to find a nice way to let down girls they're not interested in. Either way, there's no 300 rule as far as I know because my house is under 300 and we're not COBing either. We never got an email about this new rule and the PHA website says nothing about it.
