There is no 300 rule and the PHA website has an ongoing list of houses on houses that are doing COB if you go under the recruitment tab. And you know which houses those are? Chapters currently participating in Informal Recruitment: Alpha Phi Sigma Sigma Sigma That's it. Delta is COBing like APhi has claimed. SK isn't COBing like they've claimed. DG isn't COBing like they've claimed. It's only Alpha Phi and Sigma. So before you all go believing more lies spread by some bottom tier embarrassments, make sure you check your facts.
