Tri delt is not falling. they don't suck. girls still want them more than the majority of other houses. girls don't pick alpha phi over tri delt. or gphi. or dg. or a lot of other houses. kappa is actually viewed as a really great house. so is adpi. pi phi is really overrated on here. nobody hears a damn thing about them in real life and nobody has any friends in there for the most part. basing a house on looks only matters when you're a freshman. you grow out of caring about that by junior year. promise. axo is still mediocre, i don't care what you say. there is no set in stone top tier, middle tier, bottom tier. everyones opinion is different. get over yourselves.
