PHA changed the new house max to 300 members, so only Delta, DG. SK and Sigma are below 300. SK is only below by one girl so they probably won't COB. DG is only below by like sixteen? So they might not. Delta is under by like thirty but they don't like COBing. It looks like Sigma is the only bet girls have this time around.
