Anyone under 300 can COB but doesn't necessarily have to. So houses that are under 300 girls are as follows - - Delta (33 girls under total, might COB) - SK (1 girl under, almost certainly won't COB) - DG (16 girls under, might COB) - Sigma (75 under, will most certainly COB) Sigma is your best bet to COB because they're hurting numbers wise, followed by Delta and then DG. I doubt SK will COB if they can only take one girl.
