I'm confused as to why there's a stigma with cob. I know some houses have to because lots of girls drop or they don't get enough in the fall. Personally, I know our nationals makes us do spring because we typically lose about 10 girls from either graduating or going home for financial reasons at semester. It seems to me that a lot of houses that did cob last year would have this problem? I know a phi, adpi, kd, zeta and axo did cob last year and they are not houses that don't meet quota in the fall.
