Last year 9 houses did informal in the spring. Sigma, phi mu, KD, AXO, and ADPi I know were five of them. Any house that's below total can and will if they're smart (the houses that don't aren't just deciding they don't want to, it's because they're at or above total). Last year that was SK, Pi Phi, Tridelt, Chi O, and I'm not sure who the other two were (Kappa would say they were but they had 20 new members...) When fall grades come out you'll see the chapter sizes, anyone at or above 315 can't do informal. If chapters have like 312 they might not do it bc it may not be worth it for so few girls. This year sigma, phi mu, and DG are definitely COBing. AXO and APhi did COB in the fall so they may not have to unless they had a bunch of seniors graduate at semester
