Exactly. The reason Sigma Kappa was the house allowed to come back was because they actually owned the house they now live in and were simply renting it out to the frat that was living there. It was a no brainer. Sigma Kappa nationals told the guys that it was their last year in the house and then spent alumni money updating and renovating it. Any house that wants to come back needs to have some sort of plan at least, probably with the intent to have the full fully running by their first "real" rush like SK had to. I think DZ nationals have the best shot, their alumni network is well funded and involved.
