I believe that's a big part of what the exploratory committee is discussing. But a new sorority wouldn't REALLY need a house their first year because they would recruit after formal recruitment ended and not do formal recruitment till the next year. Any sorority would need a solid house plan before committing to come to this campus - if they think they can survive more than their first year without a house, they're crazy.
