I'm a COB for my chapter and I didn't feel this way at all. At first I kind of did, but that was because it was new and I just needed to get to know my sisters! My chapter does a great job of welcoming COBs and I never felt left out or forgotten. I now hold numerous leadership positions in my chapter. I suggest going for it, rather than waiting for the fall.
