Most of these are very very wrong. DDD and XO are really strong in the south but they are bottom of bottom at the majority of schools elsewhere. I'm a part of my sororities colonization team and I have really good knowledge of the tiers across North America. The sororities who are: Most consistently top tier and almost never bottom are: APhi and Pi Phi Very often top: Theta, Gphi, DG God awful bottom: DDD, Kappa, AOPi, Tri Sig On one hand, DDD is a powerhouse in the south and Kappa is really strong in Cali but I find the downfall with these chapters is that their nationals go all in at their top houses and pay little attention to the schools that are bottom. They put a lot of pressure on the bottom sororities to have better member retention and it causes a lot of stress which causes even more issues... I'm generalizing but with these sororities the strong chapters typically get stronger and the weak chapters get weaker til they end up losing their charters. With some of the top houses, Nationals reaches out to the bottom tier chapters and have people visit to help reform them, which goes a long way in maintaining consistency.
