You must be a freshman and not understand how recruitment works. Yes, Pan Hell encourages girls to go through rush only if they have a high GPA. But the fact of the matter is that anyone can go through rush. The top houses have strict grade cuts whereas the bottom 8 or 9 houses won't eliminate PNMs automatically just because of grades. That's because they could never make quota if they had strict grade cuts. So next time you might want to make sure you know what you're talking about before spouting off, GPhi and APhi, because clearly the details on grade standards elude you.
